No smart sleep phase alarm

The BT7 doesnt seem to be working with this app. The old app works normally.

There is no smart alarm clock! And synh with MyfitnessPal doesnt work. Fix please!!!

Why dont you test your app? After the update HS5 are not connecting, I tried reconnect it was useless.

iPhone 6 plus was presented 1 year ago? You made a lot of updates. But there is no iPhone 6 plus support.

I have ihealth am3 and this app. Grand mistake and bug! My 5000 steps - 2.0 km. Im invalid. But this app show that 4.0 km

Very good devices, but the App is really worse than Withings App. Im thinking about to go back to Withings devices to have that readable application.

Bluetooth connection is very bad…. it’s very hard to let iphone 6 to find scale… please update app

Since I tried taking my blood pressure the app hangs after launching and will not work. Also the download screens should not say bluetooth is off but instead that a connection hasnt been established. I noticed this first with downloading from my watch. Also I understand iPhone bluetooth has to be on to download data, but why does it have to be on just to lauch the app? Bigger concern, the iPhones Health app/dashboard is not receiving all data from iHealth or iGluco apps. I even noticed flights climbed not registering in Health dashboard without powering off and on the iPhone. Thank you, especially if you can fix all of this.

"Upgraded" to version 2.0. This app cannot recognize my BP 5 blood pressure monitor. The monitor successfully pairs with my iPhone with Bluetooth (shows connected) but the app itself cannot set it up and recognize it. No problems with previous versions. Did they even test this? Just pure garbage. I need to check my blood pressure, and now I cant.

I just installed the latest version of the app and it crashes when it is trying to go from Blood Pressure to Activity and Sleep Monitor. Would like to see it fixed and willing to help test. On an iPhone 6+.

The support for this app, which freezes every time I log in to it, doesnt exist. Theyve taken a week to ask us through E-mail what version of the iOS our phones run, and havent even gotten back to us after we answered. I called 5 times to be told by an automated system that the phone lines are undergoing "maintenance" and to E-mail my support requests (I did, thanks, but I actually wanted answers) and then the system tells me "all available representatives are helping other customers" and lets me leave a voicemail. Except the voicemail box is full, so I cant leave one. This app is a waste of time. Im returning the iHealth scale I bought and getting something that works, with a support team that cares, or at least exists.

Downloaded new update on 22 Jan 2015 and app began to retrieve reading for other users and now the app is frozen on my iphone 6+. Reset phone twice and reset scale also with no results. Update: updated to version 2.3.8 now app freezes and then crashes after a minute.

Throughout late December, this app worked perfectly fine. After a few updates, I dust it off the shelf to find that it is broken. Every time I open the app, it displays s black screen for a small fraction of a second then closes. I have a 4S and an activity watch. Disappointed.
