Waste of time.
The support for this app, which freezes every time I log in to it, doesnt exist. Theyve taken a week to ask us through E-mail what version of the iOS our phones run, and havent even gotten back to us after we answered. I called 5 times to be told by an automated system that the phone lines are undergoing "maintenance" and to E-mail my support requests (I did, thanks, but I actually wanted answers) and then the system tells me "all available representatives are helping other customers" and lets me leave a voicemail. Except the voicemail box is full, so I cant leave one.
This app is a waste of time. Im returning the iHealth scale I bought and getting something that works, with a support team that cares, or at least exists.
